Information is a highly valuable asset that must be protected and safeguarded. Based on that principle, the President Director of PT Langgeng Sukses Abadi Tekhnologi Jakarta is committed to implementing the ISO/IEC 27001 standard for Information Security Management System (ISMS). To demonstrate this commitment, we have established several policies that must be followed by management, all employees, and third parties.

These policies include:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of information, by protecting information from access and dissemination by unauthorized persons.
• Maintaining the integrity of information, by preserving the accuracy and completeness of information and preventing deletion and alteration by unauthorized persons.
• Fulfilling the availability of information, by ensuring that information and its accompanying services are available to authorized persons anytime and anywhere.
• All existing risk aspects related to information security will be identified using a risk assessment method and evaluated routinely. Furthermore, all significant risks will be controlled with control objectives and controls established in the Statement of Applicability (SoA).
• Complying with all laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia related to information security and contractual requirements with related parties.
• Educating, training, and ensuring the awareness of management and all employees, including third parties and stakeholders, to comply with this information security policy.
• Establishing, implementing, and testing the process continuity plan, to ensure the continuity of services in the event of a disaster.
• Routine provision of increased awareness of information security.
• Continuously improving the performance of the Information Security Management System.
• Ensuring that if an employee or third party is found to violate this policy, appropriate sanctions will be given in accordance with the violated policy.
